Return Period: We offer a 30 day return period. If within 30 days of receiving your order you decide that you do not wish to keep the product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

2. Return shipment: We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the product has arrived damaged or defective.
3. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
4. Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow a certain number of business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem. In these cases, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
